Gord Houston: President

Gord is a seasoned HR professional with a diverse educational background and extensive industry experience. He has held executive HR positions with international organizations including Sun Life Financial, Kal Tire, and Inland Truck & Equipment. As a consultant, Gord has helped organizations in the health care, retail, automotive, higher education, municipal government, and financial services industries. Gord holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (Political Science) from the University of Lethbridge, a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Calgary, and an MBA from City University of Seattle. Gord is a graduate of Royal Roads University's Executive Coaching program and is an ICF certified coach.

Brett Stevenson: Solutions Consultant & Facilitator

With expertise in storytelling across diverse media and a talent for fostering impactful relationships, Brett has specialized in driving transformative change through innovative learning initiatives. From spearheading tailored development programs in the heavy truck industry to crafting compelling narratives in health care settings, Brett has earned recognition for his ability to captivate audiences and foster deep understanding. Previously with Deloitte, Brett's client work focused on creating and delivering robust training programs for clients across many sectors. Brett holds a Master's degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution and certifications in Organizational Change Management, Scrum Master, and Licensed Leadership Facilitator.

Ellie Colver: Solutions Consultant and Facilitator

Ellie has over ten years of talent development experience, partnering with leaders to implement people-focused solutions. The common threads of her career have been building the capabilities of organizations and improving people's work lives. As a learning consultant at BDO and Kal Tire, she identified performance needs and she designed and implemented talent solutions that continue to benefit hundreds of employees yearly. She is an expert facilitator who delivers structured learning sessions and facilitates outcome-focused conversations. Ellie is a Certified Talent Development Professional through the Association for Talent Development and is completing a Masters Level Certificate in Change Management from UBC.
