The Leadership Challenge
Utilizing the Leadership Practice Inventory (LPI) 360 survey tool, leaders are assessed on the frequency in which they demonstrate 30 critical leadership behaviours. The training program helps managers identify the specific behaviours they should apply more frequently as well as teaches practical solutions for common leadership challenges.
